Delete your ManaMurah account

You can delete your ManaMurah account and your personal data yourself, at any time, inside the app. It takes less than a minute.

Delete it in the app

Open ManaMurah and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap the gear icon at the top left, then Delete account.
Read what will be deleted, enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your profile and username
Your phone number and email address
Your shopping list
Your points
Your photos: the records and the image files
Your reports

What stays, without your name

The prices, products and shops you added, and your votes. They keep the community's price information and verification counts accurate. After deletion they are no longer linked to you in any way.

If you run a verified shop branch or business

Please contact us first at [email protected]. We need to close the verification or hand it over before the account can be deleted.

If you cannot use the app

If you have lost your password or your phone, you can ask us to delete your account. Send an email from the address you signed up with to [email protected], with the subject Delete my account and your username. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will delete it as soon as we can.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in secure backups for a short period before it is permanently removed.
